The machine arrived with no instructions. The instructions provided thereafter were in broken English with images that contained Chinese writing.
I contacted Nina for support. Three days of video calls with engineers and the machine does not work. The auger does not close properly and is defective. The machine does not seal packets properly.
Nina kept advising I had no technical knowledge and was “learning” and that they were debugging the machine. The engineer’s supplier’s was to cut a metal disc and bend the metal auger with pliers.
Originally I asked for their engineer to visit me to fix the machine or provide a refund. They refused and so I applied for a Trade Assurance refund and was denied. I would never recommend this supplier to anyone.
Stay clear of this company they have horrible after sales service and do not check the machine’s properly before leaving the factory. Once they have your money they don’t care.
